Mr. Thomas H. Ripley
President

Mr. Ripley is a former US Marine Corps Special Operations Officer, and holds a masters from the University of Chicago.  He has spent his entire post Marine Corps career leading over a dozen companies to profitability and improved operations.  He specializes in building and growing businesses.  Mr. Ripley has the unique combination of business and military experience and brings both of those skill sets to ViaGlobal’s operations.

Mr. Jon Brianas
Director

Mr. Brianas is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a masters degree from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College.  Following 7 years of military service as a US Navy Supply Officer he was selected for various key leadership positions at the Naval Academy focused on creating successful strategies and solutions for optimizing internal operations while developing and leading lean teams on new projects.  A seasoned leader and creative thinker, Mr. Brianas brings a strategic and focused business approach to the ViaGlobal team.

Master Sergeant William J. Patterson
Director of Training

Mr. Patterson is a former US Army Special Operator who retired after 23 years of service. he served in both Afghanistan and Iraq on 13 different deployments for the US Army Special Operations Command.  His time in the Special Operations community covered 14 years of his career.  His current duties and responsibilities include training other international Special Operators, developing Programs of Instruction, scenarios and hosting large scale military training exercises.

Mr. John Pettebone
Director of Finance

Mr. Pettebone brings to ViaGlobal considerable experience in government finance.  A proven record of success holding senior management positions in corporate, private, non-profit and local government finance.  Throughout his career, Mr. Pettebone has developed and implemented accounting and financial reporting services and has improved existing systems that have strengthened fiscal controls and accountability.
